1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Provida's services, including the Orientation Workshop, Records System Setup, Year-Long Guidance Membership, website, and any associated resources. They form the basis of the arrangement between you and Provida.

By booking, attending, or paying for any Provida service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.

2. Nature of Our Services

Provida provides:

• General educational orientation on pension and retirement paperwork
• Administrative organising support and filing system guidance
• Community membership including orientation talks, a resource library, and a moderated forum

Our services are strictly educational and organisational in nature. They do not constitute and must not be relied upon as:

• Financial planning or investment advice
• Legal advice or representation
• Regulated financial services of any kind
• Advice specific to your individual pension entitlement, tax position, or financial circumstances

For advice relating to your individual circumstances, you should consult a qualified professional registered with the appropriate authority in the relevant jurisdiction.

3. Booking and Payment

Bookings are accepted by email or telephone. A session place is reserved once we have confirmed availability and received payment or agreed a payment date in writing.

All prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and include any applicable fees. Payment is accepted by bank transfer. Prices at the time of booking:

• Orientation Workshop — ฿3,700
• Records System Setup — ฿7,300
• Year-Long Guidance Membership — ฿11,900 per year

Provida reserves the right to update pricing. Any changes will be communicated before the point of booking and will not affect confirmed bookings already paid for.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

By you: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible by email or telephone. Cancellations made more than 5 working days before a session may be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations within 5 working days of a session are not eligible for a transfer, though we will try to accommodate rescheduling where circumstances permit and a place is available.

By Provida: In the unlikely event we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer a rescheduled date or a full refund of the session fee.

Year-Long Guidance Membership is non-refundable after the first 14 days of the membership period, unless Provida cancels the membership service.

5. Session Conduct

Sessions are run as educational group or one-to-one workshops. Participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and other attendees. Provida reserves the right to remove any participant from a session or community forum if their conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the educational purpose of the service.

You do not need to share personal financial details during sessions. Sessions are structured so you can work with your own documents privately.

6. Membership Terms

The Year-Long Guidance Membership runs for 12 months from the date of activation. It includes:

• Access to monthly orientation talks for the duration of the membership year
• Access to the online resource library as updated
• Participation in the moderated community forum

Membership access is personal and may not be transferred to another individual. Forum participation is governed by community guidelines, which are provided on joining. Provida may terminate membership access without refund in cases of repeated conduct that violates community guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Provida — including session handouts, checklists, resource library documents, and website content — are the property of Provida and provided for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials commercially or with third parties without our written permission.

8. Website Use

Our website is provided for general informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we do not make any representation that the website will be error-free or continuously available. We are not responsible for the content of any external websites linked from our site.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Provida's liability in connection with its services is limited to the fee paid for the specific session or membership at issue. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial loss arising from your use of our services or your reliance on any information provided.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for matters that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Where changes are material, we will notify current members by email. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
